It is up to you and I, we the people who become educated on how our government works. We live in a country that actually allows it’s people to elect its leaders yet presidential elections yield only 50% of our countries population. The reason for this is simple, most men and women are told at a very young age Religion and Politics are two things better left to yourself in fear of verbal confrontation but the truth of the matter is not discussing these issues is far more dangerous then having a healthy debate amongst friends and family. When we the people are in the dark it makes it all the much easier for Washington to come off the track so to speak, in other words the more informed you the better because we do have the power to elect or re-elect the men and women who run our country, it is something we should take advantage of. The longer we turn our backs and chime “my vote wont make a difference” the more power we give to corrupt elected officials that do not have the American citizens best interest in mind. This blog is similar to many peoples mourning coffee, a wake up call to all American’s to become involved and become educated
